A Fully Refurbished Apartment in Las Petunias / Lorcrisur – Near the Beach, Sold Furnished
A bright, fully renovated apartment in the Lorcrisur urbanisation (Las Petunias area), sold furnished as shown. Double-glazed windows, new electrical installation and porcelain flooring throughout.
The open kitchen is equipped with new, high-quality appliances: separate dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and induction hob. The sofa has electrically reclining seats and backs, upholstered in an easy-clean fabric designed for homes with pets. The master bedroom has a storage ottoman bed; the second bedroom has an extendable bed that opens to 1.80 m, plus two storage drawers. Hot and cold air conditioning, recently serviced with cleaned ducts. The balcony is fitted with Lumon glass.
The complex is notably quiet, even in high summer — the pool stays calm in August, with a lifeguard on duty from June to September. Communal gardens, pools, a padel court, concierge and night security. There is also a large communal rooftop solarium with attractive sea views. A garage space is included, with direct lift access from the garage up to the flat.
About 300 metres from the beach (roughly a five-minute walk). Bars and restaurants within 300 m, a supermarket within 400 m. Two access points: Calle José Manuel Caballero Bonald 5 (north) and Calle Fernando Villalón (south). Short-term tourist rentals are permitted, subject to the corresponding licences.
A finished, low-maintenance home a short walk from the sand, in a calm community that stays pleasant even when the coast is busy.
