Anna and her team were instrumental in finding us a property to buy in La Cala de Mijas in 2021.
They took all the stress out of deciding which properties to search for, navigating the labyrinth of who on earth was the real retained broker on each target, right up to the point of signing the sale agreement.

Anna then identified/ supported the renovation team who completely decorated/ updated our home and even put in a new toilet, kitchen, A/C and garage door.
Since 2021 Anna has kept spare keys and a keen eye on the property, including checking condition periodically, and arranging for special cleaning if required.
If that was not excellent enough, her husband runs a garage that has collected and serviced our car for three years, including processing for ITV (MOT)!

The process of buying a property in Spain normally follows these steps:
1. Initial consultation and property search : we analyse your requirements, budget and preferences to find the perfect property.
2. Viewing and selection : we organise viewings of shortlisted properties and help you evaluate the best options.
3. Making an offer and booking : once you have found the ideal property, we help you to make an offer. A reservation contract is signed and a deposit (usually between €3,000 and €6,000) is paid to secure the property.
4. Legal and financial verifications : A lawyer performs due diligence, verifies the legal status of the property and arranges the necessary documentation. If financing is required, we assist with the mortgage application.
5. Signing of the private purchase contract : after legal verification, a 10% deposit is normally paid and a private agreement is signed by both parties.
6. Final Notary Signing & Payment – The final deed is signed at the notary, the remaining balance is paid, and ownership is officially transferred.
